Kyle College strives to provide form 1 and 2 students with a broad introduction to and familiarization with every subject the school offers. During, this period we can assess the strengths and areas for further development in each child and allocate them to classes namely A1, A2 and A3. In these different streams students will learn at a manageable pace in order to ensure their best chance of academic success.
From Form 3, students will be focused on their chosen IGCSE subjects. Subjects available for students to study in form 3 is dependent on their form 2 end of year results. Students at the end of Form 4 write the Cambridge IGCSE examination. This is an internationally set and marked examination recognised the world over.
After the successful completion of IGCSE students embark on their final two years at Kyle College Students at this time will be able to further specialise in their chosen 3/4 subject areas and begin preparation for the AS and A’ Level Cambridge exams.
